GROUP Training

The small group package contains a one-month training period where you will meet with one of our expert trainers for 2 sessions a week where they will take you and one other person through a workout that suits both people's needs and helps you reach your fitness goals.

GRIT24 HIIT

The Grit Program is the most comprehensive training package offered at Grit. The goal of this twelve-week cycle is total body optimization. The program runs Monday thru Friday and class times are flexible in order to balance a busy lifestyle. Participants will undergo an elaborate intake process. The process includes resting heart rate, body fat percentage, weight, VO2 max, and testing all major power movements. Using these data points, we create a program tailored specifically to the client. This program is an education.
