If you wish to either train early in the morning or right after work, there is a Grit24Fitness personal trainer who is capable and willing to make a program tailored for for your needs and no one else.

GROUP Training

Our small group package contains a one-month training period, two sessions a week, wherein you will meet with one of our expert trainers.  During these sessions, you and another client  they will go through a workout that suits both your needs and fitness goals.

GRIT24 HIIT

The Grit Program is our most comprehensive training package. Unlike the class programs you find at other gyms, the Grit Program is flexible, running a variety of times Monday thru Friday The training cycle last a total of 12 weeks wherein participants undergo an intense full-body program. One undergoes an intake process before starting the program. The process includes resting heart rate, body fat percentage, weight, VO2 max, and testing all major power movements. Using these data points, we create a program tailored to you and no one else.
